What we collect about listed companies
Listings contain business facts about companies, compiled from public sources: company name, business address, business phone, website, capability and certification statements, and association memberships. We deliberately do not collect or publish personal data: no personal names, personal emails, or personal phone numbers, even when a source page shows them.
What we collect about visitors
The site is static HTML with no accounts, no cookies set by us, no advertising, and no third-party trackers. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and capacity; we use them for nothing else.
What we collect when you claim or correct a listing
The claim and correction forms collect your work email address and the listing you reference, used solely to process the claim/correction and to send related service email. Payment is processed entirely by Dodo Payments as merchant of record; we never see or store card details.
If we email a listed business about its listing, the email identifies us accurately, includes a physical postal address, and contains a one-click unsubscribe honored immediately and permanently. Unsubscribed addresses go on a permanent suppression list.
Your rights
Any listed company may correct or remove its listing free of charge via the correction page. Visitors and correspondents may request a copy or deletion of any personal data we hold (in practice: form submissions and email) at privacy@jobshopregistry.com. We honor such requests without charge and without delay.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share visitor or correspondent data with anyone, except processors strictly required to run the service (hosting, payments) under their own compliance obligations, or where law requires.
